摘要
构建科学的、独具特色的人才培养模式对提高高职教育质量至关重要。近年来，无锡职业技术学院软件技术专业结合现实情景因素，以学生就业为主导，项目式教学为纽带，积极探索与实践，构建了独具特色的“岗位主导、任务驱动”式人才培养模式。
It is of great importance to build the scientific and characteristic personnel training pattern to improve the quality of higher vocational education. In recent years, combining the reality, led by the students employment, linking teaching of project , software speciality in our college has built ＂ Post Leading , Task Driving ＂ personnel training pattern.
