摘要
[目的]利用ICP-AES可一次性检测多种元素的优点,测定了不锈钢中硅、锰、磷、铬、镍等金属元素含量。[方法]以混合酸溶解样品,优化ICP-AES的测试条件,排除元素间干扰,选择检测谱线。[结果]测试该方法的检测限和精密度,用化学方法和直读光谱仪进行结果对照。[结果〗本方法简单高效,结果准确,可满足产品质量控制的需要。
A method for the simultaneous determination of elements,e.g.,Si,Mn,P,Cr,Ni,Cu,Ti,Mo,Al,V and W after HNO3.HCl digestion with ICP-AES was established.The ICP-AES condition was optimized.The detection limit is in the range of 0.03-0.12 μg/ml and the precision is 2.675-0.75%.The method is simple,rapid and reliable for quality control.
