三聚氰胺在鸡体组织中残留规律的研究

摘要 通过在饲料中添加不同浓度的三聚氰胺,研究鸡食用饲料后在其体内不同组织中三聚氰胺的残留状况。采用HPLC-MS/MS方法对各类样品进行检测,结果表明,在鸡肉、肝、胗、血及羽毛等组织中均具有不同程度的三聚氰胺残留,残留浓度随饲料中添加浓度的增大而增大;添加浓度>10g/kg的三聚氰胺对鸡的生长产生显著的不良反应。 To investigate the residual rule of melamine in different parts of chickens,eight groups of chickens were fed with the feeds that contained melamine of different concentrations.The concentrations of melamine in muscle,liver,stomach,blood and feather of chickens were determined by HPLC-MS/MS.The results showed that melamine was detected in all parts of chicken tissues.The residual concentration increases with the increasing additional concentration of melamine in feeds.Remarkable side effects were showed to the growth of chickens when the additional concentration of melamine was above 10g/kg.
