摘要
为探讨胼胝体与视皮质17区神经元超微结构发育的相互关系,选用Wistar大鼠40只,随机分为摘除左侧眼球、右侧眼球、双侧眼球及正常对照4组,用电镜法对胼胝体与视皮质17区神经元超微结构的发育进行比较观察。结果表明:(1)同组胼胝体有髓、无髓神经纤维中的线粒体等超微结构的形态变化与视皮质17区神经元中线粒体等变化的程度相似;(2)胼胝体及视皮质17区神经元的发育均依赖于视觉传入冲动的刺激。(3)胼胝体及视皮质神经元在结构成熟和功能完善上相互影响。
n order to find out the relationship between the development of the ultrastructure of the corpus callosum and the neurons in visual cortex area 17, an investigation was performed at the electron microscopic level in forty Wistar rats, which were divided randomly into four groups: the left eye extracted, the right eye extracted, the binoculus extracted, and control i.e. binoculus intact groups. The results were as follows: (1) The degree of the morphologic changes of the ultrastructure of the mitochondria in the same experimental group was similar in the myelinated and unmyelinated fibers of the corpus callosum and thoes of the mitochondria of the neurons in the visual cortex area 17. (2) The development of the corpus callosum and the neurons in the visual cortex area 17 depended on the stimulation of the visual afferent impulses. (3) The corpus callosum and the neurons in the visual cortex area 17 might influence each other on their structural maturity and functional perfection.
