摘要
用免疫组织化学法,以邻片双标记技术研究了大鼠颌下腺内GnRH及GnRH受体的分布;并对不同发育阶段大鼠颌下腺内GnRH及其受体进行了原位定量分析。结果表明,雄性成年大鼠颌下腺浆液性腺泡的腺上皮细胞及各级导管上皮细胞既呈GnRH又呈GnRH受体免疫反应性。60d龄内,大鼠颌下腺的GnRH及其受体的含量随年龄的增长而增多,60d龄~90d龄,其含量相对恒定。以上结果提示,GnRH可能以自分泌的方式参与了颌下腺的发育成熟过程及分泌功能的调节。
By immunohistochemical method,the double label and aged changes of GnRH and its receptor in submaxillary gland of male rats were studied.The results showed that the glandular epithelial cells of serous acinus and epithelial cells in all gland ducts,presented not only GnRH but also GnRH receptor immunoreactivity.The relative contents of GnRH and its receptors in rat submaxillary glands increased with the age during postnatal 60 day and maintained this level from the 60th day to the 90th day after birth.These suggested the GnRH in the submaxillary glands may involves in the regulation of its developmental and mature process and its secretion function by autocrine way.
