桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的手术治疗

Open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of comminuted fratures of the distal radius

目的探讨桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的手术治疗方法与临床疗效。方法对35例手术治疗的桡骨远端粉碎性骨折资料进行分析，按AO原则分类，根据不同的类型采用T形钛板螺钉内固定、简单内固定加石膏外固定。结果35例患者均获得随访，骨折全部于3个月内愈合，术后X线评估结果满意。疗效优24例，良6例，可4例，差1例，优良率88．6％。结论桡骨远端粉碎性骨折通过手术内固定的方法，可以充分显露骨折，便于恢复桡骨与尺骨的相对长度、关节面的平整、掌倾角与尺偏角，固定确切，术后早期功能锻炼，使腕关节功能达到最大的恢复。

Objective To evaluate the clinical outcome of surgical treatment of comminuted fractures of the distal radius. Method Thirty-five cases with comminuted fractures of the distal radius encountered. According to the principle of AO, and the different types of classification by T-shaped titanium plate fixation, simple screw internal with gypsum external fixation. Results 35 patients were obtained for all,fracture healing in 3 months after X-ray evaluation with satisfactory results. 24 cases,the optimum effect can be good, 4 cases, poor, 1 case with exccllent nate. reached 88. 6%. Conclusion Distal radial comminuted fracture fixation by surgical method,can fully revealed fractures,facilitate recovery of radial and make the flatness of the relative length,joint hands and feet,landfrom,fixed angle and postoperative early functional exercise, make the wrist joint function to achieve maximum recovery.
