非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术25例报告

Report of 25 cases underwent Off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting

目的探讨非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术（OPCAB）的临床应用价值。方法对25例冠心病患者采用前胸正中切口，应用OCTOPUS局部心肌固定器，非体外循环、心脏不停跳状态下实施冠状动脉搭桥术，搭桥2—4根。结果无手术死亡，无一例中转体外循环，ICU观察2—3天。术后随访半年至四年，所有患者心绞痛症状消失，活动量增加。结论OPCAB安全、经济、有效，尤其适用于多支血管病变。

Objective To explore the clinical value of the＂off-pump＂ coronary artery bypass grafting（ OPCAB）Methods 25 cases with coronary heart disease received off-pump beating heart coronary artery bypass grafting. Using the Medtronic Oetopusil stabilizer, bypass 2-4. Results There was no operative mortality, no cases of transfer pump ,2 to 3 days in ICU and discharged an average of 14 days after the operation. Postoperative follow-up six months to four years, Angina symptoms disappeared and activity increased in all patients. Conclusion Off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting is a safe, effective and economical technique ,especially for multi-vessel disease.
