尿毒清颗粒与海昆肾喜胶囊治疗老年早期肾功能不全的对比观察

Comparison of curative effect of Niaoduqing particles and Haikunshenxi capsule in the treatment of chronic renal failure at early stage in aged patients

目的探讨尿毒清颗粒与海昆肾喜胶囊治疗老年早期肾功能不全的疗效。方法65例老年早期肾功能不全患者随机分为海昆肾喜胶囊组（甲组）31例，尿毒清颗粒组（乙组）34例，均治疗12周，比较用药前后患者肾功能的变化及临床效果。结果全部患者均完成12周疗程，甲组，显效3例，有效13例，总有效率为51．6％。乙组，显效7例，有效12例，总有效率55．9％，治疗结束后，两组患者的血肌酐、尿素氮均较治疗前明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。乙组较甲组效果略好，但无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论海昆肾喜胶囊和尿毒清颗粒均能有效降低血肌酐和尿素氮，改善肾功能，疗效确切，是治疗老年早期肾功能不全，安全有效的药物。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Niaoduqing particles and Haikunshenxi capsule on chronic renal failure（CRF） at early stage in aged patients. Methods 65 CRF patients were randomly divided into two groups：34 cases were treated with Niaoduqing particles and 31 cases were treated with Haikunshenxi capsule for 12 weeks. The clinical manifestations and renal function before and after treatment were compared. Results The blood urea nitrogen （BUN）and serum creatinine（Scr） significantly reduced after the treatment in Niaoduqing particles group and Haikunshenxi capsule group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. In the 31 patients of Haikunsbenxi capsule group, it is significantly effective in 3 cases;effective in 13 cases,and total effective rate is 51.6%. In the 34 patients of Niaoduqing particles group,it is significantly effective in 7 cases;effective in 12 cases and total effective rate is 55.9%. The effect of Niaoduqing particles group is better than Haikunshenxi capsule particles group, but there is not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Niaoduqing particles and Haikunshenxi capsule can decrease Scr and Bun and improve renal function in the treatment of chronic renal failure at early stage in aged patients.
