乳腺癌保乳综合治疗33例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 33 patients with breast cancers treatment with breast conserving therapy

目的比较乳腺癌不同保乳治疗的方法，以探寻保乳术对早期乳腺癌的治疗意义。方法对33例保乳手术和46例行改良根治术的早期乳腺癌患者进行随访比较，并做统计学分析。结果术后随访61—100个月，比较保乳治疗组和改良根治组的无瘤生存率，无显著统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论保乳术治疗早期乳腺癌可以获得与传统根治术相似的远期疗效，同时保持形体的美感。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of breast conserving therapy on patients with early stage breast cancer and to explore the significance of breast conservative surgery in early breast cancer. Methods For female patients with early breast cancer, to compare 33 patients underwent breast conserving therapy and 46 patients underwent radical correction surgery, and do statistic analysis was conducted. Results Au the patients were followed up for 61 to 100 months. The survival rate between the two groups had no significant statistic difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Breast conservative surgery can gain the similar therapeutic effect as radical correction and keep the beauty of the body.
