摘要
当前,我国行政主体理论已无法适应公共行政的发展,应该予以进一步的完善。完善我国行政主体理论的关键在于从行政分权的现实需要出发,对行政主体的概念、范围、功能进行重构。
At present,the administration executive theory in our country has been unable to adapt to the development of public administration,and it should be improved further.The article suggests that the key to perfect the administration executive theory is to make specific analysis of the definition,scope and functions of the administration executive from the practical needs of administration decentralization.
