This article introduces the exploiting tool AutoCAD VBA of telecom network engineering diagram management system. It discusses devising scheme of interface of management system and achieving thought of system diagram editing system. This system realizes such functions as data input in a visual diagram interactive way, high efficient analysis of network structure, accurate description of the structure of network and theoretical calculation.
