肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤声像图探讨(附12例报告)

A study on adrenal myelolipom a sonograms(with12 cases report)

目的 :为髓样脂肪瘤 ( Myelolipoma,ML)的诊断提供一项可靠的声像图依据。方法 :B超观察12例肾上腺 ML(右侧 11例、左侧 1例 )声像图表现 ,对照手术、病理、CT进行探讨。结果 :双侧肾上腺ML发生率有显著差异。声像图形态中为三角形或半月形 7例、卵圆形 3例、分叶状 2例 ,边界均清晰。内部回声—网状强回声型 7例 ,强回声光团型 4例 ,等回声与高回声混合型 1例。瘤体大小范围为 4 .5cm× 3.5cm× 2 .5cm～ 12 cm× 10 cm× 10 cm,重量为 16.5g～ 510 g。结论

Objectire:To provide some reliable sonographic evidence for the diagnosis of the myelolipoma.Method: To delineate the sonographic appearances of 12 cases (right 11,left 1) with adrenal myelolipoma by B mode ultrasonnd, and to evaluate by comparing with surgery,pathology and CT.Results:There were more bilateral cases of adrenal myelolipoma than unilateral lesion(P<0 .0 1) .Sonographic figures— 7cases were triangular or semilunar,3were ovoid and2 lobulated thigh.Boundaries were clear in all.Internal echo— 7cases were reticnlar with high echo,4with thigh e- cho and masses and 1was mixed iso and hyperechoic.The tumors were 4.5 cm× 3.5 cm× 2 .5 cm～ 12 cm× 10 cm× 10 cm in size and 16 .5 g～ 5 10 g in weight.Conclusion:There were characteristic features in myelolipoma sonograms.
