摘要
黑化集团有限公司15万t/a合成氨装置采用恩德炉粉煤气化工艺。分析了传统的粉煤灰处理方法存在的问题;从工艺流程、设备选择等方面介绍了高效浓缩机用于恩德炉粉煤灰脱水的技改方案。结果表明,恩德炉连续运行时间由不足3个月延长至近6个月,给企业带来可观的经济效益和环保效益。
Helongjiang Chemical Group Company Ltd.has adopted the pulverized coal gasification process of Ende gasifier in the synthetic ammonia plant with a capacity of 15x104 t/a,author has analyzed the existing problems of the traditional pulverized coal ash treatment method;from aspects of process flow,equipment selection etc.has introduced the technical reformation scheme in which the highly effective thicker was used in the de-water of the pulverized coal ash from Ende gasifier.Result indicates that the continuously running time of the Ende gasifier prolongs from less than 3 months to 6 months,it brings the enterprise a considerable economic benefit and the environment protection benefit.
