狗股动脉弹性纤维的构筑

摘要 为研究正常动脉的弹性纤维,用甲酸消化法制取动脉的弹性网,在扫描电镜下观察了8例健康狗股动脉弹性纤维的构筑。可见内弹性膜有光滑的腔面并有许多窗孔,中膜互相吻合的弹性纤维组成复杂的网状,外膜含有由大的纵行纤维及纤细的横行纤维组成的7~8层不完全的弹性膜。3层膜里所有的弹性纤维互相连接。 In order to study the elastic fibers of normal artery,the architecture of elastic tissue in the femoral arteries from 8 healthy dogs was observed under scanning electron microscope with the method of hot formic acid extraction.It was found that the internal elastic lamina had a smooth luminal surface with numerous fenestrae.The tunica media contained a complex network of anastomosing elastic fibers.The tunica adventitia contained 7 8 incomplete laminae of large longitudinally oriented fibers and fine transverse fibers.All the elastic fibers in three tunicae were connected each other and formed a successive elastic network.
