Comparison and Analysis of Residential Suburbanization between China and USA

在中国和美国住宅郊区化相关研究的基础上,分析两国在郊区化进程中,宏观背景、微观动力、社会阶层分布、郊区住宅和中心城区命运等方面的不同特点。立足中国的基本国情,吸取美国的经验教训,论述我国住宅郊区化在政府职能、住宅结构和基础设施等方面存在的问题,并提出相应建议。

Based on China and USA residential suburbanization research, analyzes such differences as background, impetus, social hierarchy distribution, suburban resident and downtown fate in the process of suburbanization between China and USA. Referring to the situation of China, extracting experiences of USA, discusses the problems of government function, house composing and basic construction, and puts forward advices.
