认知无线电技术在低轨通信卫星系统中的应用分析 被引量:8

摘要 1概述 当前的无线频谱资源正面临频段划分殆尽和使用效率低下的矛盾,从3kHz到300GHz都已经被ITU分配完毕,致使WiMAX等系统由于难以找到合适的频段不得不与3G共存;而另一方面已分配的频谱资源却大量空闲,实测效率大部分不足一半,部分甚至不到5%。为了提高通信传输效率,各种复用技术、信号处理技术及无线资源管理技术不断涌现,但不能从根本上解决空闲频段紧缺、使用效率低下的矛盾,因此亟需一种新的频谱资源利用技术。
