借助腔镜的小切口胆囊切除术42例分析

Analysis of 42 cases of laparoscopic assistant small-incision cholecystectomy

目的探讨借助腔镜的小切口胆囊切除术的应用。方法回顾性分析2009年2月收治的采用一孔双视免气腹腔镜系统行小切口胆囊切除术42例的临床资料。结果除1例中转开腹外,其余41例全部成功完成手术,全组手术成功率为97.6%,无严重手术并发症。结论借助腔镜的小切口胆囊切除术创伤小,痛苦少,技术上易普及,且价格低廉,适合于各级医院,值得进一步研究、改进和推广。

Objective To explore the application of laparoscopic assistant small-incision ehole cystectomy. Methods Clinical data of 42 patients undergoing laparoscopic assistant small-incision choleeystectomy since February 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Except for 1 patient outside converted to laparotomy, the 41 patients （97. 6 %） were all successfully completed surgery, no severe complications. Conclusion Laparoscopic assistant small-incision cholecystectomy was less invasive, less painful, easier to practice and cheaper than traditional laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
