摘要
用扫描电镜、透射电镜和电子探针等研究一种新型定向高温合金DZ68中的碳化物。结果表明,铸态DZ68合金碳化物主要是MC型,以汉字状和块状分布于晶内和晶界。热处理态DZ68合金碳化物是MC型和M23C6型,其中MC型碳化物以颗粒状和短棒状在晶界和晶内分布;而M23C6呈针状在晶内和颗粒状在晶界析出。
Carbides of a new directional solidification(DS) superalloy DZ68 were studied by means of SEM,TEM,EPMA,and so on.The results indicate that the carbides of as cast DZ68 alloy mainly are MC type,existing in the form of Chinese word and block-like in the grain and at the boundaries.After heat treatment,the carbides mainly are MC type and M23C6 type.MC exists in granular and short stick at the boundaries and in the grain.M23C6 exists as acicular in the grain and as granular at the boundaries.
