“零保温”两次加热淬火对25MnV钢组织与性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究"零保温"两次淬火对25MnV钢组织性能的影响。结果表明:对于"零保温"一次淬火,在870~910℃的奥氏体化温度范围,强度和硬度随淬火温度的升高而增加,高于910℃,强度和硬度逐渐下降;在试验温度范围内,25MnV钢"零保温"两次淬火的强度和硬度优于"零保温"一次淬火,且经910℃"零保温"一次淬火和900℃"零保温"二次淬火后,力学性能最佳,其组织为隐针马氏体。 Influence of twice quenching with zero holding on microstructure and properties of 25MnV steel was studied.The results show that the strength and hardness of 25MnV steel after single quenching from 870-910 ℃ with zero holding are increased with increasing of austenitizing temperature,and then begin to decrease above 910 ℃.Within the range of experiment′s temperature,the strength and hardness of 25MnV steel after twice quenching with zero holding are better than quenched in zero holding,and the best mechanical properties can be obtained after first quenching at 910 ℃ in zero holding and then second quenching at 900 ℃ in zero holding,the microstructure is crypto-crystal martensite.
