摘要
提出一种新工艺—离子氮氧复合处理过程中形成氧化层的离子激活氧化模型。离子氮氧复合处理钢的渗层表面由黑色致密的Fe3O4层、与其紧密结合的ε相化合物层和扩散层组成。处理后的零件同时具有高的耐磨性和耐蚀性。
The plasma activated oxidation model of a new technology—plasma composite nitro-oxidation for formation of oxide layer was proposed.The surface layers of the plasma composite nitro-oxidation steels consist of black dense Fe3O4 layer,ε-compound layer and diffusion layer.The components after plasma composite nitro-oxidation have high wear and corrosion resistance simultaneously.
