摘要
为了制造新型微弧氧化脉冲电源,根据对微弧氧化负载特性的研究,设计了一种微弧氧化脉冲电源的主电路及其保护电路,并对主电路进行调试。主电路以三相整流与斩波相结合,重点介绍整流器和斩波器的选择;保护电路的设计主要使用均流电抗器且并联多个IGBT;通过对主电路进行上电调试并分析所得波形,结果表明:该电源主电路设计合理,保护电路设计完善,实现了过电压、过电流和对主电路的保护。说明该电源主电路及保护电路设计完全满足微弧氧化工艺要求,为微弧氧化技术的发展奠定了良好的基础。
In the paper,design of main and protection circuit was based on the research of Microarc Oxidation(MAO) load characteristic, and the main circuit was debugged,for making new MAO pulse power supply.The main circuit were combined three-phase rectifier with chopper, the selections of the rectifier and chopper were mainly introduced;the design of the protection mainly used the equal current reactor and many IGBT were parallel connected;electric debugging was for main circuit and analysis waveform obtained.The results shown that the design of main circuit for power supply is reasonable,the design of protection is consummate,over-vohage, over-current and main circuit protection were realized.Those spoken volumes for that design of main and protection circuit for power supply can completely satisfied the craftwork of MAO, and it establish the good basic for the development of MAO technology.
