摘要 利用仿真方式研究了主变压器漏感对弧焊逆变电源静特性的影响,介绍了EDA仿真软件NI Multisim,对弧焊逆变电源进行了仿真研究。搭建所需逆变主电路和逆变控制器的模型,并构建了电压、电流反馈闭环控制的弧焊逆变电源模型,仿真分析了恒电压、恒电流模式工作时漏感对弧焊逆变电源静特性的影响规律。 Simulation method is used to study the leakage inductance of the main transformer influences on static characteristics of arc welding inverter power source,the EDA software NI Muhisim is introduced in this paper and an arc welding inverter power source is simulated.The model of the main circuit and controller is established and the arc welding inverter power source of voltage or current feedback for the closed-loop control is established and simulated ,finally leakage inductance influences on the static characteristics of arc welding inverter are simulated and analyzed in the condition of constant voltage or current.
