摘要
针对大功率直流电焊机的工作环境和工作特点,对电焊机输出的电压和电流取样,并进行数字控制的PI运算,适时控制电焊机输出的电压和电流。实现方法是采用DSP芯片处理器控制整个电焊机的性能和功能,同时通过对负载电压和电流的采样进行双闭环的PI控制,由DSP计算并确定SCR导通角的大小,从而控制输出电压和电流的大小,通过理论分析,实验验证该控制系统运行稳定、可靠。
For the feature of running and techniques configuration in the high-power electric-welding machine,to sampling output current and voltage of load and digital PI control to current and voltage.It is use DSP to control performance and function in the welding.Use double PI control by DSP and control six SCR's gradation trigger and trigger angle to control wilding's current and voltage.Finally,the experiments prove that the three-phase rectifier can have good precision.The control method can not only realize the functions of the whole system, but also run more precisely and steadily.
