摘要
桁架结构在建筑钢结构中的应用非常广泛,类型也比较复杂,而桁架结构当中的节点设计是保证结构安全性、可靠性的关键技术之一。通常体现桁架节点设计的复杂性,作为工厂加工制作,桁架节点制作的技术质量管控是非常重要的一个方面;以天津津塔工程为例,着重对结构中的桁架复杂节点从加工制作角度进行了工艺剖析、阐述,通过对桁架节点制作重点、难点的深层次分析,确定最优化的加工制作方案,保证了桁架节点制作的可操作性以及在结构中的可靠性,并通过工程实践,对桁架节点加工制作工艺质量控制方法进行研究与应用,可作为同类工程节点制作工艺的参考。
Truss structure is widely used in building steel structures and the truss structure is relatively comphcated,and the connection design is the key point for guaranteeing the structural safety and reliability which therefore becomes the important aspect for factory fabrication and technical quality control.This paper takes the Tianjin Jin Tower as example and describes the comphcated truss connection from view of fabrication.Through deep analysis on connection fabrication difficulties,a most optimized fabrication process plan will be determined to ensure the operability and reliability of truss connection fabrication.Furthermore, through factual application, the fabrication quality control and fabrication technology could be deeper studied and applied which could be references for other similar projects.
