摘要
根据轿车电磁阀喷油器的特点,对轿车电磁阀喷油器的结构设计进行了探讨,分析了轿车电磁阀喷油器的激光焊接工艺顺序,并进行整体性能测试。轿车电磁阀喷油器设计采用结构简便的球阀式喷油器,球阀加工简单,质量轻,能对外加磁场作出快速反应,确保喷油的精准可靠。制定出七个轿车喷油器组件装配和焊接的工艺顺序。针对各零件特点进行材料的合理选用,在满足有一定软磁性能、强耐腐蚀性能和抗疲劳性能的条件下,上、下套管、喷孔片、雾孔片和喷孔座选用研制的铁素体不锈钢Y1Cr17TiRe;弹簧材料选用奥氏体不锈钢1Cr18Ni9;共轭片选用铁镍合金1J50。应用试验表明设计的轿车喷油器结构合理,焊接工序适宜,满足轿车喷油器制造的要求。
According to the characters of electric valve fuel Injector for car,this paper researched the structure design of fuel injector, analyzed the laser welding processing orders and carried out the properties tests.The simplified structure of ball valve fuel injector has been adopted because of simple processing,light in weight,quickly reaction to the applied magnetic field in order to guarantee the accuracy of fuel injection.Seven welding and assemblage processing of fuel injector has been drown up.In condition of certain soft magnetic property, stronger corrosion and fatigue resistance, the upper and lower tubes, injector hole plate, pulverization hole plate and injector base chose the special ferritic stainless material of Y1Cr17TiRe;spring chose austenitic stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9 and co-yoke plate martensitic stainless steel.The properties tests shows that the fuel injector design is rational, the welding process convenient and the manufacture of fuel injector well satisfied.
