摘要
以某重型钢结构工业厂房结构设计为例,重点介绍了吊车组合数量、吊车横向水平力传递、风荷载体型系数确定、水平位移控制、肩梁计算要点、吊车梁长细比控制等,总结了一些具体的处理方法。实际使用结果表明,这些处理方法切实有效,可为同类工程的设计提供参考。
Taking the design of a heavy steel structure industrial building for example,crane combination quantity,crane transverse horizontal force transmission,determination of wind load shape coefficient,control of the horizontal displacement,the main points of calculation on the shoulder beam and the control of slenderness ratio of the crane beam were introduced.Some specific methods were summarized.The actual use results indicate that these methods are practically effective,and could provide beneficial reference for the similar project design.
