摘要
为了解盆内脏器感觉信息的传递道路,用结合生物素的葡聚糖胺(BDA)作为顺行追踪剂,研究了大鼠腰骶髓中间带外侧核向脑桥臂旁核的投射。将BDA注射于中间带外侧核后,顺行标记的轴突终末出现于双侧的臂旁核,同侧略多。大量的BDA标记的轴突终末出现于臂旁外侧核的外侧内核和外侧中央核,少量分布于外侧背核。此外,在臂旁内侧核的中段及KF核内也发现有少量标记终末。上述结果说明,大鼠腰骶髓中间带外侧核的神经元主要投射至臂旁外侧核外侧内核和外侧中央核。
Projection from the lumbosacral intermediolateral nucleus to the parabrachial nucleus was examined by using an anterograde labeling method. After injection of biotinylated dextran amine (BDA) into the lumbosacral intermediolateral nucleus, many BDA labeled axon terminals were found in the parabrachial nucleus with a light ipsilateral dominance. Most of anterogradely labeled axon terminals were observed in the internal lateral and central lateral nuclei of the lateral parabrachial nucleus (LPB), and a few were seen in the dorsal lateral nucleus of the LPB, Klliker Fuse nucleus and the middle part of the medial parabrachial nucleus. The present results showed that projection neurons from the lumbosacral intermediolateral nucleus mainly terminated in the internal lateral and central lateral nuclei of the LPB, and it is suggested that the LPB, especially the internal lateral and central lateral nuclei of the LPB, may act as a relay site for transmission of pelvic visceral sensory information.
