摘要
为研究大鼠颌下腺５－羟色胺及其受体的相对含量与日龄的关系，用免疫组织化学法结合原位定量，测定了大鼠颌下腺５－羟色胺及其受体免疫反应产物的相对含量。结果发现，大鼠颌下腺５－羟色胺及其受体的相对含量在生后１～６０日龄内随日龄的增长而增多，在６０～９０日龄内基本保持恒定。
The relationship between the relative contents of 5 hydroxytryptamime (5 HT) and its receptor and age in days of postnatal rat was studied by using immunohistchemistry and in situ quantitative analysis. It showed that they increased with time passing by during postnatal 60 days and kept steadily from 60th to 90th day. These results suggested that the contents of 5 HT and its receptor may implicate mature development of rat.
