摘要
结合广州珠江黄埔大桥钢箱梁制造实践,介绍大型钢箱梁焊接收缩量预留及桥位间隙控制、U形肋内的防腐、吊索销孔公差确定及防腐措施、桥面2%斜坡及吊点间距控制、临时孔封堵等技术及实施效果,可供类似工程借鉴。
It is introduced that the techniques and effects of the control of the reserved contraction for welding a large-scale steel box girder and the the bridge gap,the anticorrosion of the U shape rib,determining the hole tolerance of suspension cable and anti-corrosion measures,the 2% pitch of deck and lifting point distance control,temporary hole plugging etc,according to the manufacturing practices of the steel box girders for Guangzhou Pearl River Huangpu Bridge,which provides experience for similar projects.
