摘要
某超大跨度门式刚架梁的吊装工程,单体跨度达到55m,钢梁的侧向刚度极小,吊装难度大。通过几项方案的比较,从技术、经济等方面做全面的衡量对比,最终选用双机抬吊的施工方案,施工达到预期效果,也为今后的类似工程积累了经验。
It is presented the project of hoisting a superlong span portal frame beam,whose hoisting is very difficult due to a free span of 55 m and a very low lateral stiffness of the steel beam.Finally the double crane hoisting is chosen through comparing several schemes technically and economically.Expected result is got,which provides experience for similar projects in the future.
