摘要
焊接钢吊车梁腹板开裂的事故在实际工程中屡屡发生。通过几个工程实例,对疲劳破坏原理及影响因素进行阐述,分析引起腹板开裂的主要原因。为防止腹板开裂,焊接钢吊车梁在材料的选择、设计计算和构造设计、施工焊接工艺和焊缝检查、生产维护中应采取的一些措施,可供设计、施工及生产时参考。实践证明,采取一定的措施,可大幅提高焊接钢吊车梁的疲劳寿命。
The web cracking of welded steel crane girder occurs frequently in actual projects.Analysis of the primary reasons for the crack was presented by the explanation of project examples and the illumination of the conception of fatigue failure and influence factors.Brief introduction was also given to material choice,calculation and detail design,welding technics and check,and the measures for the prevention of crane girder's crack during maintenance.Which could provide a reference for the design and construction of projects.It was proved that the life time of welded steel crane girder could be greatly improved if the measures were taken.
