大口径PE管非开挖牵引施工技术的要点及经验

Main Points and Experience of Trenchless Construction Technology of Large-diameter PE Pipe

根据施工沿线的地质、地形、地貌及景观需要,绍兴市排污第三通道工程中对5条过河管道采用dn1 200聚乙烯管(PE管)非开挖施工方法,该工程顺利实施并通过验收,填补了多项管道铺设技术的空白。结合绍兴市排污第三通道管道铺设工程实例,总结了大口径PE管非开挖牵引设计、施工的要点及经验,以供参考。

According to the geology, topography, geomorphology and landscape needs along the construction route, for five pipelines crossing river, the trenchless construction method of DN1 200 PE pipe was used in the third sewage channel project in Shaoxing City. The project was successfully imple- mented and passed the acceptance. A number of gaps in pipeline installation technology were filled. Combined with the pipeline installation case in the third sewage channel project in Shaoxing City, the main points in trenchless design and construction of large-diameter PE pipe are summarized for reference.
