摘要 目的:评价高频电波刀环形电切术(LEEP)对宫颈病变的诊断和治疗价值。方法:回顾性分析2007年12月至2008年12月因宫颈病变在我院行LEEP治疗的患者172例,对比研究阴道镜下多点活检和LEEP术后病理结果,观察LEEP术中及术后并发症。结果:阴道镜下多点活检和LEEP术后病理结果符合率为59.3%,其中CIN、CIN、CIN诊断符合率分别为45.9%、67.6%、54.5%;LEEP的主要并发症为出血。结论:LEEP在诊断和治疗宫颈病变中具有重要价值,并发症少,治愈率高。 Objective:To assess loop electrosurgical excision procedures (LEEP) in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical lesions. Methods: 177 cases of such patients from December 2007 to December 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. The pathological results of multipoint biopsy under colposcopy and LEEP were compared and complications during and after operation were observed. Results: The coincidence rate of multipoint biopsy and LEEP results in pathology was 59.3%. That rate of CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ was 45.9%、67.6% and 54.5% respectively. The main complication of LEEP was bleeding. Conclusion: LEEP might be important for the diagnosis and treatment of cervical lesions with less complications and high curative effect.
