鄂钢1080m^3高炉限产停炉后的开炉与达产实践

Blowing-in and production of 1080m^3 BF at Ezhou Iron & Steel Co. after blow-out for production limitation

由于受国内钢材市场需求急剧萎缩等因素影响,鄂钢1080m3高炉于2008年10月13日被迫限产停炉。通过对这次停炉后的开炉过程进行总结,找出不足,从而进一步完善高炉开炉操作技术。

Because of the rapid decline of domestic steel demand and other factors, 1 080 m3 BF at Ezhou Iron Steel Co. was forced to blow-out for temporary production limitation on October 13th, 2008. In this paper, the process of blow-in were summarized to sum up experiences, identify shortcomings, and further improve the operation of the blast furnace.
