提高烧结矿转鼓强度的生产实践

Production practice in raising strength of rotation drum for sintering ore

介绍武钢炼铁总厂烧结分厂为了提高烧结矿转鼓强度的系列试验摸索和生产实践。结果表明,采用厚料层烧结、实行统一操作、控制亚铁含量等措施,可有效提高烧结矿转鼓强度,满足高炉的生产需要。

The present paper introduces the experiments, exploration and production practice of how to raise the strength of the rotation drum of the sintering ore in the Sintering Branch of the General Iron-making Plant of WISCO. Results show that by adoption of a few measures such as thick charging layer, implementation of consolidated operation and control of ferrous content the strength of the rotation drum of the sintering ore can be effectively raised and the production demand of the blast furnace satisfied.
