Reformation of pneumatic ash conveyance system of Hemei Thermal Power Plant

鹤煤热电厂气力输灰系统在运行中存在经常发生堵管,管道磨损严重,耗气量大等问题。因此,该厂针对输送管道及仓泵布置进行了改进,通过更换磨损弯头,降低输灰速度,基本解决了上述问题,满足了输灰要求,保证了系统运行的稳定性。

There are a couple of frequently occurred problems such as pipe clogging, worn-out of pipes and huge air consumption etc. in operation of pneumatic ash conveyance system in Hemei Thermal Power Plant. So the plant reforms the layout of the conveyance pipeline and bin pump and replaces worn-out elbows as well as lows down the conveyance speed. After these reformation, the above problems have been solved and the conveyancerequirements satisfied, which ensure the stability of system operation.
