摘要
本文就医疗综合大楼工程项目中,有关医疗设备分项工程中的项目管理工作做了一些探讨,阐述了作者对医疗设备科参与人员的分工、工程项目执行与协调管理、档案建立等几个主要问题的观点,并给出了几个值得同行借鉴的医疗设备工程项目管理方面的经验教训实例。
This paper discusses about engineering project management in medical equipment subentry project,also expounds several main viewpoints about division of labour, project administration and files creation,etc.,and gives some cases of medical equipment project management.
