针对医院管理者的理念所确立的管理模式,并围绕着这一模式所制定的各项医疗规章制度等运行机制与医院信息系统流程无缝对接,人机一体,是数字医院信息系统运行成败的关键。本文阐述基于上述理念无锡市人民医院实现了医院管理与信息流程的无缝对接,以此为启迪与同行商榷。

The unspaced connection between hospital management mode and the medical regulations with hospital information system process is the key of digital hospital information system operation.
