摘要 本文通过回顾高绩效人力资源管理实践的内涵和结构,以及相关的研究结果,指出当前对高绩效人力资源管理系统存在的一些误区以及研究中应亟待解的问题,并针对所提问题提出了相应研究意见和建议。
