摘要
本文用IR、SEM等手段考察了HNO_3对MP碳纤维的不熔化机理。不熔化过程中,纤维的表面形成纵向裂纹,并发生了硝化和氧化两种化学反应,此二反应是纤维不熔化的致因因素。
The processes of the infusiblization of MP carbon fiber with HNO3 were investigated using IR,SEM techniques etc.. In the processes, longitudinal fissures are formed on the smooth surface of the MP filament. Nitration and oxidation take place. Both of them are the reason which makes the MP filament become infusible.
