冻水产品中单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌的检验研究

Study on the detection of Listeria Monocytogenes in aquatic product

为了确保冻水产品安全,准确检测冻水产品中对单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌,从湛江地区进出口水产品加工厂抽取了1158份冻水产品进行单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌分析,本实验采用了全自动酶联荧光免疫分析仪筛选法进行了初步筛选,对分离菌株用APIListeria试剂盒进行鉴定。结果显示:1158个样品中有7个样品(0.60%)为单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌阳性,另有4个(0.35%)为L.innocua、L.welschimeri和L.grayi阳性。本试验VidasLMO检测试剂条呈现4个假阳性,经鉴定为李斯特氏菌属中L.innocua、L.welschimeri和L.grayi,表明VidasLMO检测试剂条存在一定的假阳性率。

In order to ensure the safety of aquatic product and make a secure detection of Listeria Monocytogene in aquatic product,1 158 samples of aquatic product were selected for the analysis of Listeria Monocytogene from the entry-exit aquatic products processing plant in Zhanjiang area.FAME-STAR ELISA enzyme-linked integrated modular system was utilized for the initial screening,and the isolated grain was detected via API Listeria reagent kit.The final result displayed that seven of the 1 158 samples （0.60%） were positive Listeria Monocytogene,and four others （0.35%） were positive L.innocua,L. welschimeri and L.grayi,which were identified as false positive with the test strip kit of Vidas LMO.It indicated that certain false positive rate existed in the test strip kit of Vidas LMO.
