摘要
目的明确并检出引起组织胞浆菌病的病原菌荚膜组织胞浆菌（ＨＣ）。方法骨髓直接涂片镜检；骨髓组织接种于梅里埃双相培养基等培养基上，分别于２５℃及３５℃孵育，观察ＨＣ生长情况及菌落形态，并做涂片染色置显微镜下检查。结果ＨＣ为双相型真菌，２５℃条件下为霉菌相，霉菌相镜检找到特征性齿轮状大分生孢子；３５℃及动物体内为酵母相，涂片镜检可见酵母样孢子。结论组织胞浆菌病诊断的金标准是以患者体内分离出ＨＣ。
Objective To detect the Histoplasma capsulatum (HC) which causes a capsulatum disease. Methods The bone marrow smears were detected by microscope directly. The bone marrow was inoculated in MLI ctc, and incubated at 25℃ and 35℃. The growth of HC and bacterium forms of HC were inspected and the characteristics of HC′S smear were observed under microscope. Results HC was a kind of dimorphic fungi. It appeared to be mould at 25℃, yeast at 35℃ and in animal′s bodies. When it appeared to be mould, it was found to be characteristic denticle macroconidiumia under microscope.Conclusion The perfect standard to diagnose capsulatum disease is to separate HC from the patients.
