摘要
利用红外光谱仪和示差扫描量热仪(DSC)考察了作为增韧剂的不饱合聚氯酯(UPU)液体橡胶与不饱合聚酯之间的共固化反应。结果表明UPU通过其自身的不饱和键与交联剂作用并与基体树脂发生部分化学键接,形成共交联网络。8%UPU的存在使共固化反应热略有下降,反应活化能由纯不饱和聚酯树脂的18.6kcal/mol上升至19.0kcal/mol。根据UPU增韧聚酯的落重冲击能和热变形温度等力学性能的测试,初步确定了适宜胶种的合成条件及其用量。
The co-curing reaction between unsaturated polyurethane (UPU) liquid gum and uusatu-rated polyester resin was investigated by using techniques of IR spectroscopy and DSC.UPU could undergo copolymerization with styrene and unsaturated polyester chains to form a three-dimensional structure.The activation energies of cure for the resins containing 8% UPU and the original resin were 19.0 and 18.6 kcal/mol, respectively.The suitable content of UPU were determined by the testing of impact resistance, hardness and HDT of the cured resins toughened with UPU.
