多层螺旋CT后处理技术在膝关节创伤中的临床价值 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨6层螺旋CT的不同成像方法在膝关节创伤中的临床应用价值。方法59例膝关节创伤病例经X线平片检查后,应用6层螺旋CT机扫描,在重建工作站上进行多平面重组（MPR）、表面遮盖显示法（SSD）等后处理技术,并使用此技术对59例膝关节创伤的病例进行诊断、分析和研究。结果SSD及MPR图像均能更好地显示骨折,通过轴位、冠状位、矢状位以及3D骨重建分析,能清晰、准确地显示骨折线,并对骨折的分离、移位及周围软组织的损伤情况均可准确地了解。对膝关节韧带和半月板的解剖特点显示清楚。结论螺旋CT扫描及重建技术对膝关节的...
