正常女性子宫韧带雌激素受体研究

Study on Estrogen Receptor in Uterine Ligament of Premenopausal and Postmenopausal Women

目的探讨正常妇女绝经前后主韧带和宫骶韧带ERα和ERβ表达特点。方法免疫组织化学法检测正常妇女主韧带和宫骶韧带ERα和ERβ的表达。结果绝经后子宫韧带ERβ染色阳性率为25%,显著低于绝经前组86%(P<0.01)。绝经前主韧带、宫骶韧带ERα和ERβ测定值与绝经后对照组的相应ERα测定值和ERβ测定值无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论随着女性绝经后雌激素水平的降低,主-宫骶韧带复合体上的ERβ表达阳性率降低,ERα和ERβ表达数量并没有改变。

Objective To observe the statuses of estrogen receptor ERα and ERβ in the cardinal and uterosacral ligament.Methods The ERα and ERβ in the cardinal and uterosacral ligament of premenopausal and postmenopausal patients were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results The positive expression rates of ERβ in uterine ligament of postmenopausal group was 25%,which was significantly lower than 86% in premenopausal group（P0.01）.The expression value of ERα and ERβ in the cardinal and uterosacral ligament in premenopausal group had no difference with ERα and ERβ in postmenopausal group（P0.05）.Conclusion With estrogen level degraded in postmenopausal women,positive expression rate of ERβ in the uterine ligaments was lower,but the amount of ERα and ERβ expression in the uterine ligaments was not related to menopausal status.
