冠心病合并2型糖尿病心功能不全B型钠尿肽的变化

Change of BNP Level of Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with T2DM Heart Function Incomplete

目的探讨冠心病合并2型糖尿病心功能不全血浆B型钠尿肽水平(BNP)变化的意义。方法采用免疫荧光法测定63例冠心病合并2型糖尿病心功能不全(观察组)及62例冠心病心功能不全患者(对照组)血浆的BNP水平,并用心脏超声测定左室射血分数(LVEF)数值,以了解左心室功能,然后对两组数据进行临床对比分析。结果观察组BNP水平明显高于对照组,而观察组LVEF值低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间更长。结论观察组BNP水平、LVEF值与对照组比较有统计学意义。因此,对冠心病合并2型糖尿病心功能不全患者,可以通过血浆BNP水平的测定,早期准确地诊断心力衰竭及判断心衰分级,以利于临床上及时有效地调整治疗方案,尽早纠正心衰,缩短住院时间,减少病死率。

Objective To explore the significance of change of BNP Level of coronary heart disease（CHD） complicated with T2 DM heart function incomplete.Methods Adopt immuuno Lucent method to check the patients plasma BNP Level of 63 cases CHD complicated with T2 DM heart function incomplete（observation group） and 62 cases CHD heart function incomplete（control gronp） and Use cardioultrasound to measure LVEF to know the function of left ventricular,then contrast analyze the two groups data.Results The BNP level of observation group is obviously higher than that of control group,while the LVEF value of the observation group is lower than that of control group（P0.05）,observation group＇s hospitalization time is longer.Conclusion There＇s obvious difference among the two group＇s BNP level and LVEF value,so the measure of plasma BNP level can early accurately diagnose the degree of heart failure which is beneficial for timely adjusting therapy scheme,to rectify heart failure early,shorten hospitalization time and lessen mortality.
