阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者血脂及血管内皮功能的影响

Atorvastatin on Blood Lipids in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Vascular Endothelial Function

目的探讨阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者血脂及血管内皮功能的影响。方法选自2006年1月—2009年5月南阳市油田总医院门诊或住院冠心病并血脂异常患者186例。选用不同剂量阿托伐他汀进行治疗,观察疗效及治疗前和治疗后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、肱动脉流量介导性舒张(Flow-mediated dilation,FMD)功能检测。结果所有病例均顺利完成全部疗程的治疗,无中途停药和不配合治疗,其中A组总有效率85.5%,B组总有效率95.83%。结论阿托伐他汀为强效的调脂新药,临床疗效确切,安全可靠。除有较强的调脂作用外,还具有强大的改善血管内皮功能的作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin on blood lipids in patients with coronary heart disease and vascular endothelial function.Methods Taken from January 2006-2009 year in May out-patient or in-patient with coronary heart disease and 186 cases of patients with dyslipidemia.Use of different doses of atorvastatin treatment,observation and treatment to determine efficacy before and after treatment total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,brachial artery flow-mediated dilation（Flow-mediated dilation,FMD） function tests.Results All patients were successfully complete a full course of treatment,no half-way with treatment discontinuation and non-A group,the total efficiency of 85.5%,B group,the total efficiency of 95.83%.Conclusion Atorvastatin potent lipid-lowering drugs,the clinical curative effect,safe and reliable.In addition there is a strong lipid,but also with a strong improvement in endothelial function.
