北京公务员心理健康和应付方式的关系

Association between Mental Health and Coping style of Public Functionaries in Beijing

目的探讨北京公务员心理健康状况与应付方式特征及其相关性。方法随机抽取383名健康体检的北京公务员,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、应付方式问卷做调查分析。结果症状自评量表测评,北京公务员心理健康状况总体好于普通人群,但也存在一定程度的心理问题。SCL-90症状评定单项因子分≥2.0的有112人,占总人数的29.24%。单因子≥2分依次为睡眠障碍(13.32%)、强迫(8.62%)、人际关系敏感(7.84%)、偏执(7.31%)、敌对(7.05%)、躯体化(7.05%)、抑郁(4.96%)、焦虑(3.66%)。应付方式问卷评定,北京公务员使用最多的是解决问题的应付方式;强迫、抑郁、恐怖、偏执、其他因子与应付方式有显著性差异(P<0.05或0.01);相关分析和回归分析显示,抑郁与应付方式存在显著相关。结论1北京公务员总体及男女两性别的心理健康水平比国内普通人群高;2北京公务员存在不同的心理问题,心理健康与应付方式显著相关,应付方式对心理健康有一定的预测作用。

Objective To explore mental health status,characteristics of coping style and their correlation of Public Functionaries in Beijing.Methods Investigations were conducted with the Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）and the Coping Style Questionnaire（CSQ）in 383 Public Functionaries in Beijing.Results According to the SCL-90,the Public Functionaries in Beijing had some psychological problems to some extent.That single factor score≥2 was Sleep disorder（13.32%）,obsession（8.62%）,interpersonal sensitiveness（7.84%）,paranoia（7.31%）,hostility（7.05%）,somatization（7.05%）,depression（4.96%）and anxiety（3.66%）in turn.The most used coping style was problem solving;there were significant differences in the scores of the SCL-90 and CSQ for obsession,depression,panic,paranoia and other inter gender and grade（P0.05 or 0.01）.Correlation and regression analysis showed that depression was significantly correlated to coping style.Conclusion ①The general level of mental health and the level of both female and male of public functionaries in Beijing are higher than those of average people in China.②Many public functionaries had psychological problems,mental health is significantly correlated to coping style and coping style can predict mental health.
