摘要
目的研究新形势下军医大学系统的心理健康教育相比传统的心理健康教育的效果。方法通过大学生人格问卷(UPI)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)和状态-特质焦虑问卷(STAI)的测查,比较军医大学系统的心理健康教育前后二、三年级学员的心理健康状况。结果1新的系统的心理健康教育后二年级学员的SCL-90总均分低于之前(即传统心理健康教育下)的二年级学员的分值(Z=2.46,P=0.01);2新的系统的心理健康教育后三年级学员的SCL-90总均分和UPI分值低于之前(即传统心理健康教育下)的三年级学员的分值(Z=6.77和7.23,P<0.0001)。结论相比传统的心理健康教育,新形势下军医大学系统的心理健康教育更加有效,能够显著提高学员的心理水平。
Objective To compare the new systemic psychological health education effects of Military Medical University with the traditional education effects.Methods Using UPI,SCL-90 and STAI,the psychological levels of the sophomores before the new systemic psychological health education were compared with the sophomores'after the education,and so was the level of the juniors.Results ①The SCL-90 scores of the sophomores after the new systemic psychological health education were lower than those of the sophomores before the education(Z=2.46,P=0.01).②The SCL-90 and UPI scores of the juniors after the new systemic psychological health education were lower than those of the juniors before the education(Z=6.77 and 7.23,P0.0001).Conclusion The new systemic psychological health education of military medical university are more effective than the traditional education and can improve the psychological levels of the undergraduates.
