锆英石作为铸钛用内包埋料的初步研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用X线检查锆英石作为铸型内包埋料时片状钛铸件的气孔率,并用光镜和扫描电镜观察反应层结构。同时,采用EDAX分析了包埋料中的元素在钛铸件表面的分布。结果表明:钛铸件的气孔率为1.21%;反应层厚度为50μm,其结构从内向外可分为5层:烧结层、α层、富Si层、针状结晶层和氧扩散层,且包埋料中的元素在各层含量也不同。尽管如此,用经过特殊工艺处理的锆英石作铸钛的内包埋料,铸出的钛铸件表面呈橙黄色,光滑无裂纹,铸件表面的包埋料只需用简单的振动法即可去除。制作的冠、桥及义齿支架适合性好。 The study analyzed the ratio of porosity of titanium castings by X ray when zirconium used for the inner investment of casting titanium,the structure of reaction layers of casting titanium was analyzed by microscope and SEM,then the distribution of elements in different layers was examined by EDAX.The results indicated:the ratio of porosity was about 1.21%,and the thickness of reaction layer was less than 50 μm. The structure was divided into 5 layers from the surfaces to the inner: sintering layer, α case, Si rich layer, aciculate structure, and O diffusing area. The distribution of elements was differnt in each layer of the surface of titanium castings,however,when the zirconium that disposed with special technology was used for the investment of titanium casting,the surface of castings was smooth without crack and investment on the surface of titanium castings was easily removed with vibration.The fit of crown,bridge or denture framework could be suitable for the needs of the clinic.
